Frequently Asked Questions

How long does it take to process my order?

Most orders ship within 4 business days, excluding weekends and major U.S. holidays. Larger orders or products requiring additional customization may take longer. Shipping transit time is separate from processing time.

Can I personalize my order?

Absolutely! Many of our products can be customized with names, initials, dates, numbers, or special designs. Please review the product description for available personalization options.

Do you accept custom designs or logos?

Yes! We offer custom embroidery and DTF printing. Contact us with your design ideas, preferred apparel, and quantity. Customers must have the necessary rights or permission to use any submitted artwork.

Can I place a bulk order for a team, business, or event?

Of course! We welcome bulk orders for sports teams, businesses, schools, special events, and more. Contact us with your desired products, quantities, and design ideas for a personalized quote.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free standard shipping on eligible U.S. orders of $75 or more.

Can I return or exchange a personalized item?

Due to the custom nature of our products, personalized and made-to-order items are generally final sale once production begins. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us so we can make things right in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy and applicable law.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to modify or cancel an order. Changes may be accommodated before production begins but are not guaranteed. Once production starts, custom orders generally cannot be canceled for a change of mind. Applicable legal cancellation rights remain available.

How do I choose the correct size?

We recommend reviewing the size chart provided with each product before purchasing. Sizing may vary depending on the apparel brand and style.

Will my finished product look exactly like the photos?

We do our best to accurately represent every product. Slight variations in color, thread appearance, and design placement may occur due to screen settings, garment materials, and the customization process. Your finished item should still match its description and approved design.

Do you offer rush orders?

Rush orders may be available depending on our current production schedule and the complexity of your request. Please contact us before placing your order to discuss your deadline and availability.

What happens if my package is lost or damaged?

If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive as expected, please contact us with your order number and details of the issue. We will review the situation and assist with an appropriate resolution consistent with applicable law.

Can I provide my own apparel for embroidery or printing?

We may accept customer-provided garments depending on the material, design, and customization requirements. Please contact us before bringing or sending your apparel so we can determine whether it is suitable for embroidery or DTF printing.

How do I care for my embroidered or printed apparel?

For best results, wash garments inside out in cold water using a gentle cycle. Avoid bleach and harsh detergents. Tumble dry on low or hang dry when possible. Do not iron directly over embroidery or printed designs. Always follow the garment's care label.
