1. General Conditions

Stitching Tales Shop specializes in custom apparel, embroidery, direct-to-film (DTF) printing, personalized merchandise, and related products.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders for legitimate reasons, including suspected fraud, unlawful requests, inaccurate information, unavailable materials, or designs that infringe intellectual property rights.

If an order is canceled after payment has been collected, we will issue any refund required by applicable law.

Customers agree to provide accurate and complete information when placing orders and communicating with our business.

2. Products and Customization

Many products offered by Stitching Tales Shop are customized or made to order.

By placing an order, customers acknowledge that:

• Product colors may vary slightly due to screen settings, lighting, and manufacturing differences.

• Minor variations in embroidery placement, thread appearance, and print positioning may occur.

• Customers are responsible for selecting the appropriate garment sizes, colors, and personalization options.

• Customers must provide accurate names, dates, numbers, wording, and other customization information.

• Product descriptions and customization instructions should be reviewed before completing a purchase.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure products accurately reflect their descriptions and any approved designs.

These provisions do not limit your rights concerning defective, incorrectly fulfilled, or materially misrepresented products.

3. Customer-Provided Designs and Intellectual Property

Customers submitting artwork, logos, photographs, text, or other designs represent that they own the materials or have obtained the permissions necessary for their requested use.

By submitting materials, customers grant Stitching Tales Shop a limited, nonexclusive license to reproduce, modify as necessary for production, and use those materials solely to fulfill the requested order and related customer service obligations.

Customers retain their ownership rights in their original materials.

We reserve the right to decline requests involving suspected copyright infringement, trademark infringement, counterfeit merchandise, or other unlawful uses.

Customers must not submit materials they are prohibited from reproducing or commercially using.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, customers are responsible for claims resulting from materials they supplied without proper authorization. This does not relieve Stitching Tales Shop of responsibility for its own unlawful conduct.

4. Design Proofs and Customer Approval

For certain custom orders, we may provide a digital design proof before production.

When a proof is provided:

• Customers are responsible for reviewing spelling, colors, placement, and other personalization details.

• Production may begin after approval.

• Changes requested after approval may result in additional charges or production delays, subject to customer agreement.

• Minor differences between digital previews and finished products may occur because of garment materials and production methods.

We remain responsible for production errors attributable to our business and for complying with applicable consumer protection laws.

5. Order Processing and Production Times

Production times depend on product type, customization requirements, order volume, and material availability.

Estimated production times will be communicated through applicable product listings, checkout information, or direct correspondence.

Production time and shipping transit time are separate.

We make reasonable efforts to fulfill orders within the stated timeframe. Any shipping commitments remain subject to applicable law.

If we cannot ship within the advertised timeframe, or within the legally applicable period when no shipping timeframe is specified, we will provide the required notice and offer customers applicable cancellation and refund options.

Customers purchasing items for birthdays, holidays, events, or other deadlines should contact us before ordering to confirm whether the requested timeframe is feasible.

6. Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise indicated.

Prices may change without notice, but changes will not affect an accepted order unless the customer agrees or applicable law permits the adjustment.

Additional customization fees, shipping charges, and applicable taxes will be disclosed before purchase.

Payment must be completed using an accepted payment method before an order is processed unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We reserve the right to cancel orders affected by genuine pricing errors, subject to applicable law and the customer's right to receive an appropriate refund.

7. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Because many of our products are personalized or made to order, custom items generally cannot be returned or exchanged for reasons such as a change of mind, incorrect customer-provided information, or sizing preferences once production has begun.

However, these restrictions do not apply where a return, refund, replacement, or other remedy is required by applicable law.

Customers who receive damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially misrepresented merchandise should contact us promptly.

If these Terms conflict with applicable consumer protection laws, those laws will control.

8. Order Changes and Cancellations

Customers should contact Stitching Tales Shop as soon as possible to request changes or cancellations.

Changes and cancellations may be accommodated before production begins but are not guaranteed.

Once production has begun, custom or personalized orders generally cannot be canceled for reasons of buyer's remorse.

Any legally required cancellation rights, including those related to certain shipping delays or unfulfilled orders, remain available.

9. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping costs and available delivery methods are presented during checkout or otherwise communicated before an order is finalized.

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping addresses.

If an incorrect address is supplied, additional shipping charges may apply when a replacement shipment is requested and such charges are legally permitted.

Stitching Tales Shop will assist customers with delivery concerns and work with shipping carriers when appropriate.

Nothing in these Terms transfers to customers any risk of loss or responsibility that applicable law places on the seller.

Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed.

10. Team, Business, and Bulk Orders

Stitching Tales Shop accepts inquiries for team apparel, business merchandise, uniforms, promotional products, and bulk customization.

Large or specialty orders may require:

• A written quote.

• Confirmation of quantities, sizes, colors, and customization details.

• Customer approval of artwork or design specifications.

• Agreement regarding production schedules and delivery expectations.

• A deposit or full payment, as disclosed before the order is accepted.

Special pricing and production arrangements for bulk orders will be confirmed separately.

Any additional terms for bulk orders must be communicated and agreed upon before they apply.

11. Customer-Provided Garments

When Stitching Tales Shop agrees to embroider or print on customer-supplied garments, customers acknowledge that apparel materials vary in their suitability for customization.

We will exercise reasonable care when handling customer-provided garments.

However, certain materials may present additional production risks, including heat sensitivity, fabric distortion, or embroidery-related damage.

We may decline garments that are unsuitable for the requested customization.

Any specific risks, service charges, or limitations will be disclosed and agreed upon before production where appropriate.

Nothing in this section excludes liability for damage caused by our negligence or other conduct for which liability cannot legally be limited.

12. Website Content and Intellectual Property

The Stitching Tales Shop name, original designs, product photographs, graphics, written content, and other proprietary website materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Unless otherwise authorized, website visitors may not reproduce, distribute, sell, or commercially exploit our proprietary content without permission.

This restriction does not apply to customer-owned materials or content used under a valid license.

13. Website Availability and Accuracy

We make reasonable efforts to maintain accurate product descriptions, pricing, photographs, and website information.

Occasional typographical errors, technical issues, or outdated product availability information may occur.

We may correct inaccuracies and update information, subject to applicable laws and existing customer rights.
